Phone Position Counts

The State 9-1-1 Office funds phone positions at PSAPs and SSAPs across Arizona through the 9-1-1 excise tax collected. A call-to-seat ratio formula is currently used to handle approvals. We are working through vendor partnerships on a decision-making process based on additional data. After we gain further information, we will discuss this project further. The graph below lists current state-funded phone position counts at all PSAPs and SSAPs within Arizona.
