Allerium can pull Text-to-911 conversations at the request of a PSAP or SSAP and send them to you after an employment verification process; however, Text-to-911 conversations may now be pulled in Eclipse.

Written Policy Routing Function (PRF) agreements should be in place with all agencies you have listed as backups with Allerium/Comtech.  A template is listed below in Helpful Links.  You may use your own format if preferred, or the listed template.
