AT&T Express Ticketing Portal

The AT&T Express Ticketing Portal may be used to enter non-urgent tickets or to check status of open tickets for the Vesta Phone System.

Note:  Urgent matters should be reported to the AT&T Resolution Center via phone at (888) 424-3911.

Note:  The ticket status section will not provide detail unless the PIN that was entered when creating the ticket is known and entered.  Many agencies utilize the same PIN for all tickets so that they can see further detail and provide that PIN only to authorized personnel.

The Asset Ticketing ID changed for each agency once the portal went live.  If you are uncertain what your Asset Ticketing ID is for your agency please contact Jerel Frazier at ADOA.
