AT&T Express Ticketing Portal
The AT&T Express Ticketing Portal may be used to enter non-urgent tickets or to check the status of open tickets for the Vesta Phone System.
Note: Urgent matters should be reported to the AT&T Resolution Center via phone at (888) 424-3911.
Note: The ticket status section will not provide details unless the PIN entered when creating the ticket is known and entered.
Note: Agencies needing a Text-to-911 transcript should contact Comtech to have that information pulled.
