Rave Alert is powered by Smart911 and available to anyone who lives, works, or visits Arizona.
The frequency for which you receive alerts depends on the addresses you provide and the type of alerts you select to receive as well the frequency of actual emergencies. Alerts may be sent for weather related incidents, evacuation purposes, requests to shelter in place, Amber Alerts, Silver Alerts, Missing Persons, and incidents where safety may be of concern, etc.
Although Smart911 is available statewide, it is not available in every municipality. Even if the service is not available yet in your home or work jurisdiction, we encourage you to create a Smart911 profile, since you may travel into an area that has enabled Smart911.
Most agencies in Arizona do not participate to receive the "Share my 911 Profile" from this platform when you dial 911 as there is an additional cost to receive that information.
Instead, smart phones such as Iphones and Androids already have medical profiles that can be filled out. A 9-1-1 center can access that information with existing technology tools at their agencies at no additional cost.
You may update your contact information at any time or opt out at any time by logging into your Smart911 account.
1. Go to the Smart911.com page and click Sign In at the top of the page.
2. Log in with your credentials or select Forgot User ID or Password, if necessary.
3. Once signed in, click the Alerts tab at the top of the page.
4. Under Notification Preferences on the Alerts page you can select which agencies you would like to receive notification from and in what form, such as Text, Voice, and Email.

No. Your information is private and will not be used or distributed in any manner. The information is exempt from public disclosure and will be used for emergency purposes only.
You may cancel your account at any time by logging into Smart911 with your credentials.
1. Once in, click Account Settings tab at the top of the page.
2. Next, click the "Remove Account" button at the bottom of the page.
Cancellations are effective immediately.
