Rapid Deploy Data Analytics

The Arizona 9-1-1 Program uses data analytics through the Rapid Deploys Radius Plus solution to monitor call standards and ring times for the 81 PSAPs in the state. This includes tracking the number of calls for service each PSAP receives every month and the length of time it takes for calls to be answered. By analyzing this data, the program can ensure that PSAPs meet the required standards for call performance and can handle the volume of calls they receive while ensuring that emergency services are being dispatched promptly. In addition, the program is working to ensure that each PSAP maintains a minimum of 300 calls for service per month to provide adequate coverage and support to their communities.
